“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I've started working out with some advice from a gym instructor friend online.
I've just got a set of dumbells and have been doing upper body work.
I'm really enjoying the rapid results. I don't have a 'before' photo, but trust me, I was a lot smaller.
Thought I'd share my progress, although I'm probably skinny as hell compared to the rest of you guys here.

I'm also enjoying the high protein, high carbs diet for bulking.

I haven't joined the gym yet.
I intend to next month if my post grad course isn't too pressing.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Okay, I just breathed a huge sigh of relief, for a terrible minute there I thought you were gonna show us a picture of your arse, blister and all.

Congratulations on the progress, it's a very good start. You've put the base down, now use your results as motivation to progress. You're also fairly lean, another big advantage - diet and cardio intelligently and you can pack on size with minimal expansion of the old waistline.

Congratulations, keep it up! Next time I want a quad and/or back shot though! Upper body malarkey, pfft ...

Thanks Warboss Alex :)

I REALLY want to hit the gym, but my post grad cause is incredibly important for my future.
I just have to wait it out for a couple of weeks.

It's torture, because my friend has convinced me I can be HUGE and I want to be HUGE.
He said something about 'mesomorphic' -?
