Back when I was acting like a cvck, I found out about these forums and found a link to a long e-book (about 50 pages if I remember correctly) that talked about how clueless modern men are when it comes to love and the trauma we experience in our childhoods makes us act needy in relationships, talked about broken wing syndromes, why men act emotional after a breakup etc. That was one of the first materials I found that helped me heal and became the man I am today.
