I was taking a walk outside on my lunch break feeling unconfident and depressed, but then was thinking about some of my life sufferings (depression, anxiety) and some of the things I did in life that took some small amounts of courage. I said to myself....."I AM A WARRIOR". When I repeated this several times, I imediately felt this surge of confidence flow through my body and my posture and walk became improved.
