“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

i'm going to be honest, like contender in his inspiring thread in order to better help myself and others.

i have a series of flaws which usually are in the back of my mind but i never
really act upon in the case of fixing. things alot of people on here have...poor eating habits, low confidence in defending oneself, questionable hygeine, etc...but reading contenders thread made me realize i could actually change this shiit. hope he doesnt mind me ripping off his great idea, but i need to change and its summer time so i have no excuse.

FLAWS
-i dont workout
-i dont eat healthy
-i dont have a job
-im usually a bit strapped for cash
-i shower irregularly
-i pay half attention to my skin
-cheap colognes if any at all
-shiity shoes
-aging wardrobe
-kind of an assholle
-sometimes let folks make fun of me

well thats a list, some detailed, some not, for things to work on. heres how i plan to change each item:

CHANGES
-working out....at 4 today i have an appointment for my new gym. i was a little half hearted about it but now my resolve is stronger.
-eating....my house has a stock of healthy (enough) food and i'll be making those choices instead
-job/money....i will be applying at circuit city, aeropostale, a&e, and other stores. will post how those go.
-hygeine....will resolve to attempt 2 showers a day, at minimum one. always do my skin treatment in morning and evening, NO MATTER WHAT.
-scents....purchase some axe and some finer cologne
-shoes....i may be able to get my dad to spring some for shoes, will probably go for reebok classics/pumas or maybe skater shoes
-clothes....im shoplifting until i get a job, and lifting is not my favorite hobby so i'll post on this when a job lands.
-additude....im a strange combination. i find it comical in a sad way to crack on others, while when other guys do it to me i often stand by feeling powerless. pathetic, sad, i know. i resolve to focus less on shutting others down and more on defending myself. NOBODY TALK TO ME LIKE IM SHIIT.

i have chosen to basically leave out girl related items. lately my game has been, should i say, the worst in a year or so, and i've been wasting time trying to get it back. instead i will focus on the rest of my life and if the girl problems dont resolve themselves, i will resolve them then.

i think i know how to accomplish everything on my list, except additude. its possible that all i need is to pay attention to what i say to fix that. i will try this and if i still have troubles will beg pathetically for help.

suggestions and help are appreciated.

peace.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

*sighs* Oh how the supposedly mighty have fallen...

It's good to see that you're back on planet earth with everyone else, man. I know you usually don't like asking questions and stuff, but you'll be the better for it.

You seem to have mostly everything sorted out. You yourself said that the only hard part for you will be attitude. Thankfully, that isn't overly hard to change once you know what to do.

You say you're kind of an *******. You say things to people that hurt, and find it funny. Well, here's a tip: Unless you have something positive to say to someone, shut the hell up. You'll look like a much better person in the long run. It's better to be silent than to be loud and assumed to be an obnoxious dumbass by those around you.

Good luck

hahahahaha. the supposedly mighty.

this site i suppose was part of what led me to this point: confidence. i am confident (most of the time) but now i realize you need something to be confident about. i cant just say im the greatest anymore; its meaningless. thanks for the words, and i am gonna start talking alot less.

TODAYS LIST OF GOALS
-pickup applications and fill them out. extra points for returning before stores close
-grab some axe. im pretty broke, so cologne will wait
-4 oclock appointment for rehab gym. DONT FORGET and dress accordingly
-eat some fruit, avoid fast food and candy today

Sounds good. I just want to mention that there isn't any need to go totally cold turkey on fast food and stuff. Because of all of the MSG that they stick in fast foods nowadays, you'll probably be fighting an uphill battle when it comes to not eating that stuff, because MSG is an addictive chemical. All you need to do is tone it down, rather than driving yourself insane.

You have my support!

Good luck!!

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Dude, you shouldn't shop lift
Yes, I second that. Don't debase yourself to the sh't of society.

I was in a tight situation as you. I've coped with it, and things are looking better now.

Never look for the easy way out - especially if the easy way out is immoral and illegal.

You can never be a DJ without overcoming obstacles with hardwork.

Do you want be a cheater? Do you want to get women because you are rich?

Then stop trying so hard to appear of a high status. Dress the way you like. If you cannot afford it, EARN the right to call it yours.

listen danno i have several points for you
-you seem to put up a false confidence that covers up your insecurities

-you have to find things to be truely confident in (ie. looks, accommplishments, talents) your athletiscism on the swim team and your musical talents will do for now.

- all of your problems are easily resolved and it appears you already know how to fix them

-Get new shoes!

-From my experiences it seems like whenever somebody puts somebody down it is usually because of the persons own jealousys and insecurities (it is very common to see an overweight or unattractive guy picking on a skinny dude just to gain some form of attention) figure out if u even care what theyre saying and if you are in a situation where u feel u must say something point out their jealousy and if they continue to be rude point out thier insecurities and what ever you do dont lose your cool and get angry, showing them emotion just lets them know they have some control over you and your feelings

- oh and on shop lifting, you need to decide whether or not the man you wish to become would steal, if you are willing to put your morals aside and do the act make sure you are willing to face the consequences of your actions.

haha thanks for the moral lesson on shoplifting. osme of my friends are addicted to it, but i only do it when im broke. and it is hardwork and risky lol.

anyways, things are good. i went to the gym yesterday and today for about an hour and a half apiece. i might not go tommorow for the sake of not hurting myself. suggestions on that?

i got some cologne and axe and have been avoiding junk food (well last night i broke down and ate a mcchicken, but i was starved and had the munchies from pot). i feel better about myself but the changes arent large enough. i need money for clothes.

speaking of money, the job thing has been stagnant the last two days. with working (as in helping my dad install insulation) and the gym, mixed with the fact that it can be tricky to get a ride (home alone right now) i dont see that happening until tommorow. but i will keep progress posted.

another new one on my to do list: see a doctor about recurring back pain (the pain constant and intense) and possible strep throat.

i feel like im not doing something right, but i also feel like more of a man. now can anyone offer advice on the working out?

Theres another thing, dont smoke pot. Waste of money and is just stupid
i do what i feel is right, and i definetly dont pay for it. well i may buy a sack for songwriting purposes but i usually only smoke if someone has it and they want to pass it around. i might cut it out, but i think cigarette smoking would be more of a priority.

Yeah. For sure. If you have to pick one to ditch, make damn sure that it's the ciggarettes. They'll do far more damage to you than pot ever will.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Does an Alpha do what everyone else does, or does he lead the pack? Come on man. You know this stuff as well as I do.

its not even cause all my friends smoke, its just something im so accustomed to and i really dont find any motivation to quit. cancer and shiit doesnt scare me i suppose...its not like it'll affect me when im young, and being old isnt too great in my eyes. im gonna keep working out, get a job etc and reevaluate my habits.

but i dont want this thread to turn into a smoking discussion, its so much more to me

rough night tonight (had to next a girl) and im pretty tired so my emotions and thinking are a lil foggy, but overally things are going great. i feel like a better man working out and showing confidence with women; and not by saying "im the greatest", but instead by acting like i'm the greatest. or just believing in myself, for who else should i believe in?

sorry if im babbling im really f'ing tired. peace

havent posted in a few days, but that doesnt mean i'm slacking.

i just got back from the gym about a half hour ago. i feel great. my arms are stronger and walking feels easier now that my legs are so much stronger already.

i have totally quit smoking. you're less of a man if youre dependant on something, and i dont need that shiit. maybe someday, but not now.

i got new shoes. adidas super skates. dependable, good looking. might get another pair, although shoes arent something i obsess over.

my job search is still stifled. i filled out for circuit city and publix, and i got a call from publix but for a faraway location. circuit city i still wait on. im gonna try and get a job at my old daycare center, and if that doesnt pan looks like im gonna be looking through the mall. although most places dont take under 18 there.

i've also rounded out my wardrobe some. i like the results.

now i will begin to focus myself socially. this has long been a win one day lose the next battle for me, but i am determined to

1 -- not get attached to other's opinions
2 -- find confidence in myself, my skills, my body, and my personality.
3 -- to view every female i run into as an opportunity; not necessarily an opportunity to get into her pants, but as an opportunity to learn. for learning is much more valuable than mere sex.

im not sure what to resolve for when im verbally attacked by other guys. usually i just flick them off or if im fuccked up i laugh. meh guess i handle that alright.
