Do you guys know any good materials (books or DVD programs) for the interactions between couples and not just the usual pick up programs. I mean how to respond to misbehavior, boredom, etc from the perspective of alpha man?

I am new here and just had a bad break up after a 1 year engagement where insulting and misbehavior has occurred, so I need help to understand my mistakes and learn from them.

I will highly appreciate it if you helped me with a book or a program name (even if includes pick up but at least has a complete part for relationships from the perspective of alpha secure men).

Thanks so much, but still it all talks about the initial steps and the first few dates.

What I mean if there are any stuff about maintaining your status during long term relationships, tests during LTR and how to put her in her position if she is testing your boundaries with being inflexible or insecure?
