"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I have posted some on here and have mainly just been lurking and have read some very interesting as well as entertaining topics....i read a really good article in the DJ Bible about what a man is written by the poster known as pook. I'm sure many of you have read it...i thought it was pretty much spot on.

I would just like to offer something that has really helped me personally in this regard...Chinese Kungfu...specifically Longfist Kungfu or Chaqquan. If you have a good teacher and practice it diligently, then you really can't go wrong...it is so much more than just physical exercise....of course it demands tons of self discipline, meditation, spiritual growth as well and completely transforming yourself into a higher level being. I have only been doing it for a year now, but it has had an amazing affect on me in almost every way imaginable...and by the way, if you want to do it for fighting or impressing women then you need to change your mindset completely...this is not to get women or just to become a good fighter...it's about bettering yourself and achieving inner peace.

Before i studied, my main passion in life was getting drunk and skirt chasing. Pretty pathetic....and i still have not completely conquered this, but am getting much better....and i can honestly say women are not my main focus anymore and i care much more about advancing myself in Kungfu and my career...but mainly kungfu which i hope will become my career one day as a teacher.

I have always been interested in eastern martial arts, so recently i moved back to Taiwan to teach English.....and one day decided to give kungfu a try....i found a great teacher and made a deal with him where i could train one on one with him and then enter a class as i progressed, because my Chinese is bad and i felt i would be lost at first in a class.

The first class physically, was easy...just covered the basic warmups and stretches...in fact, the first three classes did, but then the fourth class i encountered what is known as mabu or the horse stance...which is basically a roman chair....you squat down with your back straight...good as possible posture with thighs parelel to the ground as long as you can go. The first time, i only lasted right under 30 seconds and my posture was terrible. However, you train it every day with the addition of 7 other important stances to Longfist for varying lengths of time...and increase the time of each each week until you are proficient enough not to have to clock yourself...why do I mention the horse stance?

Because doing it alone everyday will transform your posture, center of gravity, balance and most importantly your self discipline and inner force....what is inner force? Inner force is basically what seperates men from boys....it literally relates to everything you do in life..your patience, your emotionally stability and your pain threshold as well as how you feel about yourself. Now this is just ONE aspect of horse stance and other longfist stance training..the other is learning to breath deeply in and out in a moment of intense pain and keep your mind focused only on the center of your body as well as your breathing thus blocking out the pain mentally........

How does this help you in other areas of life...if you learn deep sustained breathing and learn to keep it during periods of intense pain or traumatic circumstances, then you can literally overcome any obstacle mentally and emotionally...this is a very very important part of Longfist....and really IMO an important aspect of life....side affects? You gain a ton of confidence, you sleep much better and well you just feel much better in general and always feel in control and it is much more difficult to feel overwhelmed when something bad or chaotic happens. This translates into a tremendous gain in confidence and people, both sexes respond to that immediately.

Now, i have talked about breathing and it's importance...that is the other half of Longfist training...it's known as Qigong which is a form of meditation and breathing exercises...some of you might scoff at this...what..qigong...that is new age phewy....it has been practiced for thousands of years in China and for good reason...there are many different kinds of qigong....our system practices a standing kind designed to energize you physically and spiritually...just get your revved up but at the same time calm feeling..i i can say that it is freakin powerful.....if you do it diligently 5 or at least 4 days a week along with your physical training...the results are amazing...i feel enhanced in every way possible... and when i walk i feel like i glide now and my movements are much more smoother than before.....also my field of vision is great...i mean i am always in the moment or the now after qigong practice and longfist, i just feel much more slowed down in a good way and like i take every little detail in all around me at all times like i am high or something in a good way...not a dopey stoned out way. I know becauys ei used to smoke pot often in college. Also, your sexual stamina increases 10 fold...my GF always notices when i practiced or not, because the sex is much better on the days that i do and much longer.

But most importantly, qigong and longfist training forces you to indentify your weakness as a person in general and fix them...i find that i can't lie easily or do somehting dishonest in general since i have been doing this sort of training...it just bothers me much more than it used to and doesn't coincide with my new way of life. I know a lot of poeple here probably don't believe in spiritual type stuff and that is fine...but if you at least have an open mind that anything is possible then you will be amazed at what can happen. I have seen stuff here in Taiwan by masters that few people in western society would believe possible....but experiencing stuff yourself is the real changer.

All of this and i am just a beginner....the real transformation is supposed to take place after the first several years of training in a diligent student i am told.

I just wanted to offer this to you all...if you want to change yourself, eastern martial arts will do exactly that...more specifically Longfist with qigong. There are reportedly plenty of good schools in the states as well that i have heard of. Just some of the posts i see on here from a few certain posters....i just think to myself, wow, that guy needs something to dedicate himself to....a higher purpose instead of fixating on every little detail about an interactions with women...no offense to anyone...i am still far from perfect, but i am improving myself a lot with this training.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
