“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

i just wondered if any of you had experience with beeing blood/plasma donor on a regular basis & could comment on experienced side effects (i.e. strongly decreased power for bulking etc.)

I'm doin loads of sports & started lifting lately, although not aiming at the Arnold thing.

Thanks,

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I donate blodd regularly which is about once every 2 months
(the most they'll allow). I have found no side effects other than the hours following your donation will cause you to feel a little low on energy but that's normal.

If your thinking about being a blood donor I higly recommend it. You'll be doing something great for society and you'll feel great after doing it. It's doesn't take much of your time and they always need more people donating.

Thanks for the reply

right, a full blood donation only every 6-8 weeks, so it might even be positive for your health since it might kind of train your system.

A plasma donation can be done much more often, every few days, up to 50 times or so a year. Anybody out there with resp. experience ?
