The not jacking off theory works for some but not all. Some dudes' level of fear and anxiety is so high that simply having more intense sexual urges than normal still isn't enough to overcome anything for them.

One thing it will definitely do is slow down the rate your facial hair grows back, which means you don't have to shave as often.

shouldnt it be the other way around? The more u wack off the less facial hair u have because you will have less testastorne or other hormones or whatever in your system

ok...the penis is not a muscle....but I notice that if I go for a while with out wanking, my erections are not as hard sometimes. I have other friends reporting the same thing. Maybe were just getting old.
