I have come off Roaccutane a few months ago. Acne all gone, and red marks/dots fading away. But my complexion still has a reddish tinge-as if I was sunburnt, which shows no signs of fading. This is especially apparant under bright light.

Does this eventuallly go away and will my face return to the same pink colour as the rest of my skin? And how long does it usually take?

Cheers
Matt

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

how long did yours take to go?

It doesn't look too bad-it just looks like i spent too long in the sun. I can't see any logical reason for it as it is not really scarring and the acne is all gone.

I read it was something to do with white blood cells being formed to attack the acne and making the skin inflammed-but i have no acne so why is the redness still there?

My doctor is not especially helpful-he just says it will fade but may take a year or so. I have had acne for so long, that i thought after the hell of a course of roaccutane (felt depressed and tired the whole time i was on it) that i would have lovely, clear, pink skin like before i started getting acne.
