I'm assuming it's related to the concept introduced by the Matrix, but what do you guys refer to when you mention it? Haven't been on here in ages to be honest.

It's to face reality and many of it's uncomfortable truths, then learn to deal with it. To do that you have to admit to yourself that you might have been wrong about some things. Something people find incredibly hard these days.
