Basically in the last few days we were texting ..over the last few days I re-read the messages and this is completely my fault and I'll explain why .. So since the start she's always mentioning relationship as in do I want one etc.. So I kept her at arms length... Went on few really good dates .. But she obviously wanted more .. But me being me couldn't make my mind up and we didn't speak properly for a few days ... I had a good think about and thought what the hell I do like her .. So started messaging her again .. Anyway on one particular text I kind of messaged her something along the line of 'to be single or not to be single' I know .. But she replied saying that we havnt even had a sexual encounter yet and that she might hate it .. In a sarcastic way. I replied saying you best step your game up then .. And she thought I meant by sleeping with me .. Because she's like 'Oh right that's why you want to?' I was like no ... She's took it the wrong way ... What I actually meant was let's take it (us) a bit more serious and no more games but she thought I wanted just sex ... And therefore that's where I'm at.

As long as you told her, or showed that was not what you really meant, then there is no point stressing over it.

I don't get the whole worried about committing thing. What usually happens is you go on dates and hang out with the girl, and eventually you become exclusive. There is no need to worry, because if you are truly unhappy in a relationship, you can leave. It doesn't even get to that point if you are unhappy, because the girl will sense it and leave before you dump them.

Perhaps next time just go with the flow, and see where you end up. But if there is something fundamentally wrong with the girl, (e.g. she's crazy) then consider bailing.

Dont dwell on it, she probably wasn't too interested. Even if she was, the window of opportunity seems to have closed. Move on, if you found one girl you can find another, and most importantly, learn what you can from this.
