"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

im sorry if i have been excessively posting for some of you DJ's tastes.

but its good to know that there is such a forum that will help newbies and reformed AFC's like myself.

I just remembered back then when i was going on an AFC date with a hot chick HB 8.5.

So we arranged a date, i was supposed to pick her up at 9:00pm.

but then i rang the doorbell, she was unprepared. she took a bath, dressed up, ect etc.

i spent 30 minutes in my car, around another 30 minutes when she finally let me in. a total of 60 minutes / 1 hour of waiting time for her.

some of my friends told me i shoulda ditched.

but it took me:

time to dress up, time to go to her place 45 minutes + the anticipation. i was very excited. so i couldnt just ditch her and wonder "what could have been"...

i am now in the friends' zone, but i dont care. i just want to know what i could have done to prevent this in the future.

i am very very SET with my new found skills, but i am just curious as to what i should have done in the past as i am certain i might encounter something like this in the future.

*i jus want to clear things up, i am no longer very AFC, and this is in the past, im just trying to figure out what i should have done/ i am pretty successful right with girls now and i am still constantly learning.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Did i read that right? You waited an hour for this cvnt like a subservient poodle? Sheesh no wonder you were LJBF'd, thats like a go directly to friends zone do not pass go do not collect your manhood.

Thats truly disgusting, whats it like to have zero dignity?

Fvck AFC that goes above and beyond into the realms of straight up humiliation and degredation to another human.

you should ask her how long you have to wait. when she says, 30 minutes. then you drive away for 1h, if she says 1h. you telling her - i be back in 40 minutes. you better be ready. i got some stuff to do. and you also come after 1h.

oh man i was pathetic. i thought it was a deadend. i had 2 choices:

a)wait 1 hour for her

b)go home and "time wasted, opportunity wasted, gas wasted"

it was lose-lose i gues.

No, it wasn't a lose-lose situation. It was a win-lose situation and you clearly lost.

As Tittymaster said, you could have walked away with your balls intact, but yet you lingered on as a little whipped puppy.

I personally have this 2 min pr point on the hotness scale waiting principles. Meaning that if she's an absolute stunning knock out chick, I'd wait 18 mins TOPS! And this depends heavily upon my mood. I have better things to do than wait for a stupid b!tch getting ready.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

With my luck lately she never woulda answered (flaked lol).

If this happened now id probably just leave, get some food, hang out a bit then go back. if dinner was in the plans it is now downgraded to drive through i might bring back. if there are other plans and she is ready then i might stick to them.. if it was only a dinner date well shees all dressed up with nomplace to go. (not a total waste for me. im full and driving my car around (its my weekend ride) is a treat)

Does that sound good or is it too nice/harsh still?
