I have known this girl for 6 months now. she is 24 years old, not dating any one and a very friendly girl. i have tried to ask her out but she refused and said that she did not want to waste anyone's time as she did not want to have sex etc.
I tried the usual stuff of getting to know each other and going slowly but she was like as I had sexual interest in her so there's no point in being friendly etc.
Any points or tips to make her come round.

That being said, you should forget about this girl. She has no interest in you. Maybe she has no sexual interest in general or maybe she just doesn't have sexual interest in you. Either way, you're not going to get any so don't waste your time.

Go after other girls and you'll soon realize that vaginas are eminently replaceable. You'll find other girls who are as good or better than this one and it will make you realize how foolish you were for caring so much for a girl who wasn't even interest in you.
