“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Felt like this should go in anything....

Lately ive been very very very agressive, up to a certain point I thought it was sexual frustration but last night I got laid and I am still as agressive as I was the other day. I have no idea what it is and why this is happening. Wtf else could it even be? Some help SS .... or input... either or :D

Things to note

Diets 100% clean
Sleep 6-8 hours a day
Workout 5-6 times a week
Run or some type of cardio 1-3 times a week for 20 minutes.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I can't say for sure. How long have you been eating clean and working out? I remember when I first started eating clean I would often feel like I was bursting with energy. It's probably due to your lowering body fat and increasing testosterone.

Unfortunately, I don't get that feeling as often as I used to. These days, I only seem to get it after a good, heavy workout set. Keeps me coming back for more, though!

Eating clean for 4-5 months about. I do feel full of energy lately. You are prolly right about the increase in testosterone. ITs like a burst of adrenaline 24/7 lol. Ah yes the gym has an addictive quality to it.
