That pic is 100% fake. Other parts of the account may be ok but that pic is a model shot. Easy way to find out what a girl REALLY looks like over the web is to set up a web cam. They are very hard for someone to fake as it would require streaming from a 3rd party (tricky) and if the person did that they would be a real loser and you would be able to tell as they wouldnt be very intresting....
