Hi guys, I've just started a diet plan to lose some weight on the belly and build up some muscle. This is a typical day for me. How would you rate this diet please? Any pointers to add or foods that I should include? I usually work out around 8pm. Thanks in advance.

Breakfast (7am) - oatmeal smoothie with blueberries, banana and low fat yogurt

Snack (10am) - prawn mayonnaise sandwiches on whole meal bread, grapes

Lunch (1pm) - chicken salad sandwiches on whole meal bread, rice crackers and yogurt

Snack (3.30pm) - handful of almonds with small piece of dark chocolate.

Dinner (6pm) - chicken or beef stir fry with vegetables and bean sprouts

Snack (9.30pm) - protein shake

* Water throughout the day (3litres)

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

1.Stop eating bananas they are way too sugary. Stop eating too much stuff with sugar in it like chocolate and I hope your smoothie is not too much sweet. Because our body stores sugar immediately as fats.

2.Stop eating fried stuff .

3.Stop eating mayonnaise.

Rest is good. You are eating plenty of vegetables and you have a nice quantity of protein as well. Water is good. All in all you have a decent diet.
