"Rachel" is showing some age even though she's sort of young, and obviously we can't see her bod. I'd give her face a 7.5 with the note that it might be a bad picture. I bet when she was 18ish and 10 pounds lighter I would have given her a 9+ for that face.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

The first girl, Rachel, is verging on a 7 in my opinion. I think she's probably a girl who looks better in real life than on photos (even the photo is ok...), so she might be quite a bit higher than that in real life.

The second girl. I don't think I can really tell, because she seems to have a specific look that I doubt she wears every day. I'd tap it.
