"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

In your head
Priceless

I have done this unconsciously before. This post has reminded me why this has a positive affect now.

Time and time again I have seen guys wonder, "I'll do x to impress her, I'll buy y to impress her".

Fact of the matter they should also focus equally on what can she do for them. In the real world the more you invest in something, the more you value it. This is also true in relationships. In the back of her head she will add up all the effort she has invested and it will help her justify how great you are. "I've done this, this, this, this and this, mmmm I've done a lot for him, he must be special, why else would I do it!"

If she has invested a lot emotionally and physically in you, it makes it very hard for her to drop you when things get tough. She doesn't want to lose her investment without good reason.

As stated she needs to rewarded, otherwise she will think its a bum investment. So she does more for you, you reward her, it justifys her beliefs, she continues, you reward her etc

In the beginning be comfortable enough to ask them for little things, or you can trade favors. At least she knows that you're not going to give everything away.

Goes hand in hand with the idea of challenge.

Excellent post. Thinking back on some of the 9s I've dated, the more shyt I shovelled onto them, the more dependent they became on me. It was actually something I did instinctually, but could never really grab a hold of until recently.

This is FIELD TESTED guys. Use it.

This is good.

One thing I tried - to ask a girl for a date, and let her choose an activity. Something like: "Hi, I've got a free evening on thursday. Would you like to go somewhere?" "Yes." "Great. Got any ideas where?". She can do demonstrate her value (creativity), and you can discover some new things to do on dates :)

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

but then you give her control of the situation, you must keep control!

Curious, in what other ways can we get her to show her value... to get our percieved value higher?

I suppose that in every day situations, you can ask her to hold you _____ (something).

Maybe when the relationship grows a bit, wash the car together, and let her do more.

Getting her to pay dates, maybe? But in what way?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
