He was a very funny dude. When I was younger I found him annoying, but he was on a network sitcom and I think he was too surly for that. On Curb Your Enthusiasm he was the perfect buddy/foil for Larry.

There's something about comedians dying that seems much more tragic than anyone else, I normally don't give two fvcks when anyone famous dies.
