For those of you who have quit smoking, how long did the craving last?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

i quit smoking over a year ago, but i have smoked since.

The cravings can last months dude. usually u will have cravings for life. Not physical cravings but psychological cravings.

You will be at a party and see someone smoking, if your drunk you may also be inclined to smoke.

Point is, it varies from person to person. Physical withdrawals can last like 2 weeks. Mental cravings can last years after.

I dont have cravings for cigs but if im drunk ill smoke them.

I smoked from 11 till 17 and quit over three and a half years ago. At first it was really hard to quit. I always took a walk when I felt like smoking a cigarette or just some other stuff to get your mind off the cigarettes. Im not quite sure anymore but I think the first few weeks were hard maybe months but I guess like after half a year or so I didnt even crave for cigarettes at all anymore (probably a few weeks earlier already)...and now I dunno I dont have any mental cravings at all anymore or anything (and havent had in a long time). like half a year ago I kinda started smoking a little again, but if I do its just cause Im drunk and I always just take one puff and each time I do I see how stupid smoking really is lol. Thats only happened like 3 or 4 times though.

It might be true that it depends on the type of person you are though. I never really felt comfortable when I was a smoker cause I always thought I should actually quit.
