“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

When I was younger I had game (I'm 28 now). Then I quit smoking (this happened about 4 years ago) and proceeded to gain 40 pounds. I'm trying hard to lose the weight but I need to get better. I'm about 5 11' 1/2" and currently weigh 227 pounds. I was 180 before I quit smoking and I used to have girls approach (happened a few times) me.

Since I've quit smoking I have had a few girlfriends, but I feel like I've lost my edge and confidence. ITs weird when I smoked I thought I was such a rebel, even had a few girls tell me I was a bad ass. Now I'm a fat non-smoker whose a nice guy.

This totally sucks. How do I get my edge back w/o going back to the smokes? Has anyone had a similar experience with quitting smoking? I also feel like its harder to meet women. Before I would give them a light, or they would bum a cigarette off of me. It was so easy back in the day.

What killed your game was the fact that you didnt replace your bad habit with a good one, like working out and doing cardio. Get on the treadmill and start running.

Ever consider your problem is getting older and your metabolism slowing from you not working out?

Did you possibly happen to start eating more than you did when you were smoking? Just wondering.

Fvck me!!! Same story as me!!! Your matobolism has come to halt due to a lack of stimulant! It's the same stimulant that made me, at times, drop my guts at a hat - nicotine! Running and diet is your answer - I gained 3 stone from 14 to 17. In the end I had to run 5 times a week for 20mins and I lost 2.5 stone...I just need the extra half to get back into my gear! Fvck the weights bollox m8 as you need an activity that can be kept up anywhere!

Yeah dude I am a former smoker myself. What u need to do is workout smoking keeps people thin. Maybe u don't have any game because of your lifestyle. I used to get so much pusy, and once I hit 28.5 my lifestyle changed. I am 30 now and have only screwed one girl the last 1.5 years.

It is probably your lifestyle more than anything else.

you gained weight because you ate more in calories than you burned... you're talking about a lack of self control, not a lack of toxic carcinogens

I don't really smoke, but often times I carry a pack of newports out with me and offer smokes to HBs I've been macking to get some 1 on 1 chatting outside.

You could still carry a lighter, and head outside with a woman, light her's up and tell her you're quitting. It shows some strength and self-control on your part, just don't be condescending.
