So what's the problem? She's a member at your gym and she'll be back. It may have been good you didn't come running over at the first sign of interest. Play it cool and meet her on your terms. Good, you know she's interested. So next time she's there ask her a question that garners an opinion. Ask what she does for cardio, does yoga, kickboxing, etc. No need to chase. She'll be around.

When you wake up till you fall asleep make a habit of engaging and talking to everyone you come accross.

People at stop lights, girls at the coffee stand, gas station cashiers, waitresses at restaurants, passing strangers on the street etc..

So when you meet that stunning hot girl you can talk easily.

Ive gotten day game lays in the passed where i just walked around for hours saying hi to strangers in downtown. It works wonders man try it out.

Thanks for the response fellas. I definitely see what some are saying about not caring and just not coming from a scarcity aspect. Usually im not like that, but this girl was heavy feeling me...and I know she was dissapointed I didnt approach. That could work in my favor. But the point is I dont want to be on that "let her go, you will see her again" type of mindset because even though I understand why some have it, for my current state of life and mind its a defeatist attitude because in reality you dont know if you will see her again or not so why take the chance and risk losing out on her and those sweet sugar walls. our duty as men is to approach regardless of what anyone says. its the natural way of things.


From now on, game face on from the getgo everyday. I already knew this advice but you guys know how it is, we get so caught up in our phones and this online world we neglect our real life actions.
