“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Fellow DJ's,

Since August this year i have joined a football team (soccer in the us), it is sort of a semi-professional league which means I play Sunday mornings (sprinting my a** off for 90 mins) and train tuesdays and wednesdays,

monday, thursday and sunday i spend at the gym TRYING to bulk for power but since playing football i have noticed i'm sturggling to put weight on, even though i'm keeping to my 1.5x per lb of bodyweight of protein per day and sleeping lots of hours,

is doing this much cardio serisously damaging my chances of getting to my 185lb target? (i'm currently 5' 10" and 12 stone 2, which is, i think, about 170 pounds)

Thanks,
Ste.

First, bump your protein to 2g per lb and increase your calorific intake.

Your training and footy might be having an effect on leg recovery (and general recovery too), however playing once a week and training twice shouldn't make a huge impact on gains (it'll have some negative effect for sure though).

What are you eating these days? 3000 calories won't cut it.

Alex,

cheers for replying mate,

what do i eat?, well first thing in the morning i take a shake called 'protein 90+' which is a protein shake with 45g of protein (most of that is whey protein but there also is some muscullar casein chucked in there), and cereal!!

mid-morning i eat tuna sandwiches and a few bits of fruit, for dinner i eat 1 6 inch turkey sandwich with salad, for my evening meal i have usually chicken/meat breast with pasta, another tin of tuna later in the evening and another protein shake before bedtime!!,

oh and mixed in is about 4/5 litres of water per day (spring/mineral water) and high vitamin tablets in a morning!!

hows that?

In short, not nearly enough.

You need to hit close to 400g of protein a day, at least 300 (100-150 from shakes) of that coming from protein sources, the rest you can make up from the protein in oats say.

Then you need to boatload the carbs because of your football.

Tuna and chicken won't make you big mate, eat whole eggs and red meat.

Don't even try to eat squeaky clean, you need all the (quality) cals you can get. Add olive oil to your protein drinks for extra calories. (I'm not saying eat junk though)

Seriously, you just need to pump the food. Then pump it some more, for football.

i've really had no problem bulking (i've put on 20 pounds in 6 months before the season started) but just struggling to put extra weight on since i've been doing extreme cadio!,

cheers again buddy,

Ste.

Wow, someone on the boards buys the same protein as me! Chocolate tastes nicest, although im stuck with strawberry at the mo. How much do you pay per 2lb tub? 22.45euro for me.

Listen to alex's advice - he knows his stuff.

£15 is about the same as what I pay in euro. Good stuff.

One tub of this stuff lasts me obly 5 days! lol. Have to buy 4 a month! :D

I wish they made it in larger tubs.

Who said its the best you can get? It does have a nice mix of different proteins truth be told.

I can only get Strawberry (nice enough), Banana (its not that bad) and Choc (mmm!) over here. Apparently there's a vanilla one out too, or so the legend goes... :D

oh yeah and the vanilla one is the other flavour being sold but i'm not brave enough to try that one yet ;)

£55 for 5kg - thats good value - my local store only stocks the banana, strawberry and choc in 908g tubs. They have the nutrisport weight gainers too but i tend to keep away from them.

Strawberry is actually nice enough.

Have you tried strawberry made on water?! If not, you're in for a suprise as the first few times you take this you feel horribly sick lol!

Good luck with the weights.
