The big bench press bars that you see at the YMCA or workout places, the ones that people bench press with. Theyre, gigantic. Anyway, how much do those weigh and should you be adding that to the amount that a person says they can bench press? Thanks guys :)

i think they weight 45lbs. yeah you add the weight of the bar too.

is 45 lbs right everybody.

ok so if its 45 then lets say I lift 160 in wieghts-thats really 205 I'm doing? yeah baby!! is that correct?

LOL, shhhhh, this is echo1212-the banned one. Using my gf's old account. I was just curious since I never knew what the bars at the Y weigh. Now I know. Thanks guys.
