Does anybody know the details of statutory rape. Like is it okay for a 17 girl and a 18 boy? Seeing as how i just turned 18 it might be good to know this. Thanks for and knowledge you guys have.

i believe girls can give consent when they are 16 but if you are 18 (legal age) and she isnt technically thats illegal. But honestly dont worry about it, 18 and 17 is fine.

It all depends on the state you are in.

Some states have a lower age, some have a higher age. Some say if there is less than say 2 years between the two of you then it won't be considered statutory rape. Some states say the opposite.

If I find time in between finals I'll research it for you.
