Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Every time I think about something "emotional" I get a heavy feeling in my chest.

I looked online and It's not any chest pains from working out or improper diet either and I'm not sure if its anxiety because it goes away once I stop thinking about whatever it was I was thinking about.

I'm worried if this is healthy or not and what I should do.

Help a bro out please!

I understand what your talking about. Did you go through a big emotional stress period before? like a bad break up?. I suffered the same when i went through a brutal break up and then other things going downhill for me all at the same time. because of that time i somtimes get a heavy feeling in my chest and even i dont know if its anxiety or what but its a feeling of being "down" you just have a "heavy" heart so to speak and its just there until it wares off.

Yeah something like that. Is there anything I can do to make it go away?

It's like subconscious, like when I see a couple on tv or on the street I get that feeling or when in reading something "emotional" or just thinking emotionally.

This doesn't happen like everyday, it's just when the thought crosses.
