“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've recently started a rather intense weight program after a long break, and now my arms and chest are so sore I can barely move. I know this is normal, but should I wait for the soreness to subside before I do another workout, or continue after 48 hours regardless? Thanks.

Yeah, that's very normal. You just started a hard program after a break, so your muscles aren't use to it. Continue with the program as normal and things will get better.

Continue with your workout as per plan. As long as its not the same muscle group... so yeah go ahead and do back, delts, tris.. whatever.. the increased circulation from the lifting will actually help the sore muscles heal faster.

The good news is: you'll never be that sore again, that is of course, assuming you don't quit for more than six weeks again.

peace,
D

If you still sore back off until your body is 100%!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Why? He just started a program so his muscles will naturally be sore. I see no reason why he should wait.

backing off and waiting allows for growth. working out too soon again just tears them down further.

the whole theory behind working out with weights to gain muscle is to workout and tear muscles down then give them enough time off to fully repair themselves adding growth before tearing them down for the next rest (repair / growth) period. the key here is you gain mass from proper nutrition and rest. you tear down muscle with an intense workout. for growth you need all 3 aspects (teardown, nutrition, repair/grow) for simply toning and losing size you can just keep working out all the time without rest although in addition to toning down you may also develope other problems from overtraining.
