I found this one a while back, I forget which magazine, but here's what homeboy does.
He takes trash bags with each regular girl's name on it, and he puts anything she leaves in said bag. Then when that girl comes over, he pulls the stuff out.
For me, that sounds like too much work. also, in my experience I can just almost always go the females house without having her over that much. Another thing is to have a female roomie... a much tighter cover.
And if all this is too much effort, you could always just be upfront.
