“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Bit of a weird one. I own a home that was build in 1908. So it's a bit old, I've had this house a long time. Being so old it's a lil wonky in places.

About 10 years ago I did a major renovation, the house was a state. Rectified major issues with the building and brought it up to standard.

The building work I carried out was substantial, towards the end I just threw it back together and didn't put a lot of love into the finer details.

The house is awesome just needs a bit of tlc cosmetically.

Taking a lil break away from women. It was initially going to be to the end of June but it's taking a lil longer than expected.

I noticed a bit of a pattern women pointing out how clean and tidy it is but it's a little dark and dingy, doesn't have a good energy to it.

In one regard I don't care but on the other hand they have a point.

You know, so yeah, I think it's in my benefit to create a better and much more inviting space .

I'd much rather have a space women adore being in than not. The reason being sometimes I can't always be bothered putting in a lot of investment, going out , doing stuff , dates , dinners e.t.c.

It is a dark house, light wise, not huge amounts of natural light I'm going back to painting it all white to bounce natural light, did it on a couple of rooms already and it's made a hell of a difference, also actually going to give a sh1t and think about light fixtures.

Inject my personality through art, the occasional touch of colour.

I'm placing a little extra energy to finer details in finishing regarding decorating. Fixing minor issues like creaky stairs , stabilising subfloor on second floor, all minor stuff that's not needed but it will give the house a solid feel. With no major building stuff to do what I'm doing is focusing on how the house feels.

Any other ideas how to update a place / space ?

I want a kick ass home for me and really inviting anyone I bring back.

As soon as I'm done I want to get back on it and start plough through these chicks.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Install a skylight. Two, even, depending on the size & orientation of your roof.
It's like having a window to the sky that no-one outside can see through (*except drones).
Even at nighttime, it lets outside energy in.

Velux is generally considered the Gold Standard.

Do not do this yourself, in fact, do not get just anyone to do it.
To avoid headaches down the track (assuming this is your forever home), you want the best roofer in your area, especially considering the age of your house (for example, the beams may not be spaced to current regulations).

If your place is multi-storey, "windows" can be strategically cut, to allow light to spill through, eg at the top of a stairway.

When life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

When life gives you a dark house, date big tiddy goth girls.

As you have the place for a long time, you seemed to like it the way it is before women gave their "input".

Men jump through to many hoops to get pvssy these days.

A woman with genuine desire for you will talk herself into liking your home. Women can convince themselves of anything if they think you are the best they can get.

Other, less interested women might just ****test you over the colour of your furniture.

Completely understand this. They do get rose coloured glasses.

Take the last woman who spent quite a bit of time here. Initially she was banging on about how homely it was, saying she needed to pick art and bits peaces for her own place after staying at mine.
As mine felt like a home. Couple months later she's criticising.

So yeah you're 100 % right.

Even though women's opinions are all over the place, they can be quite brutal when there interest is low.

So how I've approached it is take on board any criticisms I've heard from different women over the years.

Have a walk around use the critisms as a mirror and see if there is any truth in it.

I'll give you an example. My staircase. I've had various criticisms about my stairs. One women said she didn't feel stable on them, another didn't like walking up the stairs with my dog walking next to her e.t.c.

So I objectively I approached it as "something about the stairs ", after observing them the 100+ year old staircase is creaky with a tiny bit of flex in the treads but really stable and solid (movement in the joints, expansion of the wood e.t.c. ).

I also ripped the hand rail when I replaced never replaced it as I'm fit, agile and sure footed , so completely not needed for me.

So come to the conclusion fixing the creaks and putting in a hand rail will change the feel of the house , make it more "solid" psychological. Which I will also benefit from as I'm moving around in the house in a daily basis, the stairs is just something I overlook and never noticed.

So yeah even behind the criticisms because interest is low there can be room for improvement.
It's my house, so the better my living environment and addressing little stuff I've overlook and improving the house these little ways I've not considered before will also be beneficial to me.

So I do agree with what you said, I think using the little criticisms using them as a mirror (providing there is truth in them) can be a positive.

I kinda see women like my 7 year old niece. Sometimes she will call me things like a "a poopy head" , but then sometimes she will bring up something brutally honest that no body would else dare say. No filter lol

There is a bit attic. So a skylight in the attic wouldn't help light the floor below it.

I've thought about this and had been previously looking at fake skylights these new led things that apparently look ultra realistic.

That LED ceiling sounds amazing, I've heard about them but not actually seen one (except in a shopping centre, which was set up for ambience, not realism).
Somehow I don't know how it can compare to actual sunshine (or moonlight) and/or fresh air.

You have an attic!
A tastefully converted loft, with sloping ceilings, is naturally cozy, perfect for a 'pleasure aerie'

Your dank basement can be kitted out as a dungeon (*see @BaronOfHair for ideas..)

You'll still want a skylight in an attic conversion.
A "chimney" of drywall could be installed from attic floor, passing through the upper storey, to the ceiling of the ground floor.
One or more windows at the upper level will flood the area with light (and air, if you choose a ventilation skylight).
It will look like a window at that level (or a glass wall, if floor-to-ceiling), not a chimney.
This is the light well concept.

Sounds good but a lot of work. I want this to be a summer of hot girls , not hammers, rubble and construction.

It's already killing me this looks like it won't be finished this week.

Just at the phase everything is mostly sound abs will be slapping paint on walls soon and fitting flooring.

The finishing details are what i struggle with, picking colours, lights , decor e.t.c.

My goal is to have a clean well finished space for me and a few finer touches that make women's panties drop as soon as they walk through the front door.

Those old houses sometime weren't thought out well when it came to distributing light.
I would think even just some lighter colored paints might make a big difference.
Don't know if you're wanting to do something as substantial as adding a window or two.
You could always add some interior lighting, maybe something interesting like some strip lights or tape lighting.

I've already banged in a couple new windows, moved an outside door to a different location downstairs, that was the first time I tackled the house.

That helped a lot !

I've got a gloomy hall/landing with no option of adding windows or skylights. Upstairs it's actually windowless.

So yeah got to be super creative with artificial lighting, colours, mirrors, art e.t.c.

Your post is pretty much bang on. Just trying to work with what I have.

You sound like you have some skills. How much time does a person spend in a hallway, anyway?

There is nothing that turns a woman on more than coming back to your house and envisioning herself living there. You are 100% correct to want to make your home a seduction lair. Imagine what it looks like walking through a Pottery Barn store in the US, that is what these chicks love. Get rid of clutter, brighten the spaces, drapes or blinds. If the walls are bare, light wall art is inviting. White ceilings, lightly painted walls. I have two sinks in my master bathroom and have it set up like a hotel bathroom, order some small glass jars with bronze lids to put on the counter with breath mints, cotton balls, q tips, teeth flossers. I don't use any of that stupid ****, but the chicks love it, they think they are in a stupid spa. When they enter your space, they are looking at everything and judging it and you, if you really want to be an *******, leave a tiny pair of panties in the corner of your bedroom, they'll see it.

Hi Zecko,
"How much time does a person spend in a hallway, anyway?" I used to buy and sell Houses,my Agent was an exceedingly Clever Lady who opined that the entrance way was very significant as it created a first impression, she used to adorn the Hallway with a large scenic picture, mirrors, large amphora with artificial flowers and a fancy upholstered chair, which she set up on all my open Days....If the Hallway is dark and depressive,Captain Finn might consider another Solar Tube.

Hi Captain Finn,
Take extra care you have no Asbestos around,I have lost two Builder Friends to its ravages...On Paint:Living in it yourself, try and stick to one colour, max two,I standardised on a pale lime Green and a Yellow Cream, makes touch up and repairs easier...Go to the extra expense of using OIL based Enamels on your Wet Area walls, over many years I have found Plastics are rubbish when it comes to keeping them clean...Never put Plastics on top of Oils they just peel off!

Exactly this! Thanks man, it's these types of finishing touches I overlook.

Professional painter here. Hit me up in the DMs for advice.
Just a quick one. Came across a tiny ceiling that someone obviously didn't must coat after plastering.

Paid didn't stick and it started peeling off to bare plaster. Took it all off with a scraper. It's left a chalky surface.

I had some zinzer guardz laying about so just went over in that to made a good surface.

Should I mist coat it when the guards dries.or just paint as normal?

I don't know the English word but you might need to " fixate " it ( close it) with a special substance. (Fixative???)

All latex paints contain chalk but back in the days they used chalk much more to make it appear as white as possible. My advice is to clean it , fixate it and paint with latex paint made especially for ceilings. Don't use cheap shyte because eventually you're gonna need Tom's of cheap paint to fix it ,if it even works at all.. might need to paint it twice..

Hi CaptainFinn,
Lead paint was all the go a Century ago...Red Lead and Oil...Pointless putting plastics on they will just peel,a very nasty situation as it is very difficult to remove as I suspect you have found...I used a Binder-Sealer called Bindernol where I had exposed bare plaster...Latex is another way,It being a small ceiling maybe glue a new sheet on top of the existing.

I just used guardz. See how it goes, I have some spare plasterboard somewhere, I'll just dot dab a bit of that up if it starts peeling again.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
