"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey guys..thanks for the help.

Ive jsut recently started "dating"...which means Im actually not dong the one night stands...Im finding girls that interest me and that I would like to get to know better. I was in a long term relationship through out high school up until I was 21..and wanted to be single for awhile....now Im looking to have a gf again.

That being said Ive been dating 3 girls at one time. Nothing serious..and all the girls know that Im dating other girls...Ive been fully open about my intentions. All the girls are attractive...but Im having ONE problem. We have the best time going out...drinking..hanging with friends...etc. The only problem is one on one time where i have to figure out things to talk about and to do. Doing the old...lets watch tv or a dvd...is getting lame. I obvisouly dont want to cook dinner for them all the time...play card games....etc. The two girls I have gone to about 3rd base with...the other.. I REALLY like and were are taking things really slow. Tonight will be our 3rd date. Were going to a bar about 10-2am..but the hours before 6-9 we will be by ourself. I dont want to be so nervous..self conscious....and I know Im mkaing myself out to look like a puss..its just I really like this girl and want her to like me back.

Anyone in this situation? Been in it? Any advice???

thanks again

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
