Questions to indirectly determine what she is looking for in a partner

Hi there,

So I thought I was would post this in the Mature Man forum, hoping to actually get mature replies.

Well, early on in the conversation, I ask girls " What was it about your ex, that made you attracted to him?" and then after a couple of days I try to emulate the character traits (since she would of forgotten that I asked her that question like a week ago)

So I actually would like to retrieve this information in a more subtle manner, in order not to wierd her out.

So my question is, can anyone recommend an indirect manner to ask this? without her knowing that I am asking "What attracted you to your ex?"

Hoping there some intelligent members on this forum who would be able to reply to this.

Rather than trying to figure out what she wants... worry about what you want and find chicks willing to give this to you. Beside if she likes you she will let you know what pushes her buttons. If she does not, then she likely doesn't think of you are a romantic partner. Chicks who like you will adjust to you, and most will not be attracted to men that are willing to change for them.
