"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

E = Ephedrine
C = Caffeine
A = Aspirin

What role does the aspirin play in this ****tail? Pain relief? Or, does it effectively drop serum blood pressure levels during exercise? Or....does it interact with the ephedrine and caffeine, to boost/amplify energy levels?

What is the correct dosage to take?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Actually I cannot have ephedrine, due to hypertension- and a risk of congestive heart failure.

Aspirin can hurt the GI mucosa, and is an anti-platelet agent in serum. I'm not sure specifically why its used in the ECA formula, but it could be due to its anti-platelet activity (reduces platelet activity with respect to aggregation/clot formation, etc).

When concurrently taking caffeine w/ ephedrine there is a risk of hypertension, and accompanying thrombotic events. By decreasing blood coagulability w/ aspirin you can theoretically lower the risk of thrombotic events.

Just my guess though. When I take caffeine/ephedrine, I only use it for 2-4 weeks tops, and I won't take aspirin with it.

The recipe if your interested is.......

1 Bronkaid (20 mg pharm grade ephedrine) Over the counter asthma medication.
1 200 mg caffeine pill. Vivarine works
88mg baby aspirin.

Take 3x's a day if you can tolarate it.

Take 3 weeks and take the 4th off and start again.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Speed up metabolism when weightloss is starting to stall. And it gives you that bit of extra kick when you're lagging. Say if a bodybuilder has a comp coming up, he's trying to get as shredded as possible. But due to lack of carbs, he always feels flat or has little to no energy. So they'll take an ECA stack to help them get through it:

-Speeds up metabolism
-Appetite suppressant
-Stimulant properties
