“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'd like to start one of those approach journals, but I've never really done this so I have some questions.

1) IOI Before Approach?

I've seen videos on YouTube where guys will just go up to a girl without any IOI beforehand and just start talking to her. They end up with the number, but what's the chances that would work out? Wouldn't it be better if you get an IOI first, like see her looking at you?

I think it's ok doing approaches without an IOI for practice, but I think it would be pointless to do a lot of those. But then again, what if I never get IOI's?

2) Where to Meet Women 'Naturally'

I live alone, work alone, and go out alone. I don't go out often, and really don't like the night scene, but during the day I don't find myself in places where I would see girls to approach.

I feel like I'd have to go out of my way, or 'fake' shop at places to find girls to approach. I don't want to approach at my "usual" places because I'm afraid of "sh!tting where I work" so-to-speak. Like I go to Trader Joe's and there's lots of cute girls there, but I don't want to be bothering them and becoming "that guy" - I'd rather have a more social/community vibe at my local grocery, etc.

I think bookstores and malls are the only place I can think of to go - but I buy all my books online, digitally, and I don't go to malls - so I would be window shopping if I went. And the whole, going out just to approach feels weird to me. I wish I could find a way to go somewhere "and just so happen to" meet girls as well.

3) Feeling Awkward

How do you stop caring what other people will think when you approach? Yeah, sounds really unconfident, I know, but maybe this just goes away as you become less self-conscious? I get the most awkward when there's a lot of people around, a lot of which may be looking on, and you feel like you're on some sort of stage almost.

The only IOI I really look out for when I'm looking to approach is if we make eye contact. If we do, I then smile and if she smiles back in any way then I should approach. However you can just go up to any girl even if she isn't looking at you, you may have lower success rates though.

The guys on youtube usually do the more indirect route. They sit down and develop rapport before number closing. It's actually sort of controversial on which is higher rates of success: keeping it simple and direct or taking the time to develop some rapport. My best advice is to do what you prefer, I personally do a mixture of the two. I ask like 3 basic questions then if she's single and then pull out my phone.

Women are EVERYWHERE, you aren't just limited to your preferences. On the other hand the girls of your preference will be in the places you enjoy. So you said you enjoy reading, that means that the places you should be consistently going to to try and find women is libraries or maybe book clubs of some sort. Since you don't want to become a "nuisance" just work on being friendly and just talking for the sake of it.

I know this all too well. I used to approach on campus(back when I was in high-school) and my god it was the most awkward-nerve racking thing I think I'll ever do. Just do your own thing and go after what you want. Maybe she'll be attracted to you and maybe she won't, you have to realize and be okay with that statement before you do any approaching. There are a ton of beautiful women out there, a few rejections won't stagger you. Just approach a few women and eventually it'll become a natural instinct and that anxiety will go away. It's not about success when it comes to approaching, it's about having the balls to actually do it.

1) No I don't look for IOI's or worry about success rates. I just look for situations I can approach as in a girl sitting alone or a girl standing looking at say a book or clothing alone. A girl on the move or a girl in a group is a less approachable situation. Though approach who ever you want even if it seems impossible if you want it.

2) I don't mind taking walks. So I will walk through a mall and into stores I normally wouldn't go. I also enjoy reading in book stores and libraries. I think you owe it to yourself to find high target areas. Consider even taking a walk through a college campus. Obviously go hang out in a book store or coffee shop. Walk through a mall. Don't be afraid to hit on girls in your usual spots. I think it's bad to have this I will not hit on girls mentality because it's a place you normally shop at like say your supermarket. You're not doing anything wrong you're just being friendly.

2) Yes it can be awkward but it's also a rush. The worst that can happen is pretty much nothing. Yes you might beat yourself up when you say or do the wrong thing but just give yourself props for trying. I just pretend I have an audience and tell myself nothing bad can really happen. Night game is a lot more risky. I've had dudes threaten to fight me at night for talking to the wrong girl that kind of thing never happens during the day. Like one time I had a girl go and hide behind her bf as I spoke to her in the day big whoop it was funny.
