What is the easiest business major? Saftest? Most useful? Make the most money? Least? Hardest?

I heard that for accounting, it is pretty hard to get license. They have to pass this impossible test. Is it true? I also heard that there are accounting softwares coming out, so that would decrease the amount of need for accountants. Is that true? Is studying accountiing is very tough and for the amount of money that accountants make is not really worth it?

What does Finance majors do? Learn to use money for daily use? Help company invest? What if I lose all the company's money?

what about Entrepreneurship? Is it dangerous field to get into?

I don't know what you mean by dangerous as far as Entrepreneurship is concerned. Go read E-Myth (E stands for Entrepreneurship) and you don't even have to buy the book. In fact, if I ever had the chance to go to a good E school, or take a class taught by a hard-core, real-life E, I would be more than happy to shell $$$ to do it. There is nothing "dangerous" about Entrepreneurship.

As far as accouinting is concerned, if yu don't have attention to detail, you could never be a really good accountant. In fact, I found my Acct. class the most boring class of all. And by the way, I LOVE Marketing!!!! If you get into finance, I have to say that that is possibly the most overcrowded field there is, but there's a ton of girls in it.

By the way I heard that finance people have the highest chance of getting fired. You lose money, you're gone!!! I heard this one story from a finance prof, where you could have a job today, and come in and have no job tomorrow. It is way too stressful. It made a buddy of mine considering finance, to reconsider it. Iwould simply recommend that you take all the intro classes in all the fields, though they probably don't teach Entrepreneurship at the undergrad level. Then see what you like.

I have an Undergrad in Marketing and an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) take it from me- finance is where the money is at. If you are good and I mean really good with #'s and stats. Right now I am in sales, make good $ (around $100K this year) but not great money.

I will have my own (or multiple) businesses someday and some or all will be with people I made connections with in grad school.

By the way the CPA exam should not be that hard. If you have a degree in ACC it should come easy.
