This question applies to both sides - making male/female friends and dating

Do you talk to people for say 10-20 minutes and try to get together with them? or do you try to interact with the same person over and over and over again to where it's a more natural connection?

Is your success rate horrible if you go for it from only 1 interaction? If you're just trying to make friends, how do you make sure to let the dude know that you just want to be bros and you're not a homosexual?

can you really make friends and date women anywhere that people are existing as some say?
