Need an answer to my question.
How old are you? I'm 29 and if I ejaculate and then do kegels it takes me 10-15 mins before I get semi hard again. Why are you asking this question anyway? Are you getting hard from all of the stimulation? Just let it calm down and do it again.

I'm turning 19. Just wondering if ejaculating will cause me to lose energy in the PC muscle to do kegels, and affect my overall PC muscle strengthening progress. I mean if you ejaculate on the same day that you do kegels, will it overwork the muscle and not be effective as a result?
