Question on 3-second rule and approaching...

I understand to use 3 second rule to get rid of fear of approaching and NOT to talk yourself out of it.

I also read that you should not approach when the women has not given you a signal to do so.

So in 3 second rule, do you see a girl and approach regardless if she saw you or not?

Do you approach when she gives you some sort of signal?
I'm confused.

I want to go out tonight and start to get over my fear of aprroach and get rejected. But I'm confused on how and when and whys.

Some examples or tips would be appreciated.

Don't know where you heard not to approach unless she gives you signals. Certain stuff you wouldn't need to do much of if she does give you AIs but you don't need to limit yourself, most of the girls aren't going to give signals anyway unless your social proof is high at that point.

So just approach regardless if they do anything or not. Just go for it.
