"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I've been in a relationship for about a month and a half now, and recently ive moved from alpha male to a beta male with occasions of pumping estrogen.

I know for a fact that masculinity, even at times too much of it, will turn a girl on, a lot. Lately my girl has been pretty emotional and I resorted to my empathy and understanding to support her, but it seems like I sort of lost my touch with my manly side. NO I'm not turning gay or anything, it's just that I compromised a portion of my masculinity to turn things around (some of you may consider that a mistake).

I let down my pride when I ask of you DJ's...

Can you guys tell personal experiences, anecdotes, tips/advices, on expressing the level of masculinity that'll get me back on track like before?

P.S. Being a man with sexuality is easy, simply because I can be a nice pervert when necessary. However, I'm just not clear on how to be very masculine when it comes to general things as I used to be. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance.:woo:

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Don't jack off, this might make you go insane with testosterone leaking out your eyesockets. Manly enough for ya?

I also think you're analyzing it a bit much, you do what works for you.

It doesn't mean you ALWAYS HAVE TO BE one way,

just... be... uhm...what you want... yeah.. that's it.

My dad raised me on three basic principals of what a man does.

1. Reject passivity.. be agressive. If there is a problem that needs to be taken care of.. you take care of it. This applies to everything from marriage to a bully at school.

2. Accept Responsiblity. The buck stops with you. This applies espcially to relationships, yet particularlly to your marriage. If something goes wrong you do not blame it on someone else. You take responsbility for what happens.

3. Pursure beauty. In everything from a sunset, to a women, and of course a hot 1968 Mustang Fastback. If it is beautiful, go for it, work for it, and it will be yours.

These have helped me in many aspects of my life. Just the ability to accept responsiblity for the actions I take has change who I am. I won't push something I do wrong on somebody else and when you do that and admit your mistake it makes you feel a little less like a boy and more like a man. May not help.. but its what I live by.
