QUESTION:NC will keep you single

Hi Guys,
I read about the NC and I'm working on it, bc it's good and it make sense...
1-. She will return
or
2-. You will forget

but (IF) when she return, it will be too late to go back....
how can you go back with someone if don't have more feelings about her?
Lets be honest, she dumped you, with some time you won't love her anymore, why would you go back with her after a while?
I know that we need to be proud and never look back, but everybody has fight and break up at least once, even the best couples.... so always apply NC?

It's not being proud, it's being smart. You don't want to waste your time on relationships that are dying on the vine. You want to go find a new chick that it into you and is compatible with you and get started on a healthy relationship.

I used to teach sales training classes and one of the key skills we taught was to "die fast". Learn to recognize when a deal is dying (not dead yet - that's too late) and accelerate the process (gracefully). Then get on to the next one. You would be amazed at how hard that was for the sales team. We all want to try harder, do better, not give up. But playing a hand where the deck is already stacked against you is not being "committed", it's being dumb.

NC isn't designed for that.

AFC's don't forget about their ex they always want to get her back. When she initiates contact the AFC's get all giddy texting her right back that is what they were hoping for all along.

NC is for toxic relationships. It's not *really* for a normal relationship. I'm sure there are people who would want to apply it for general dating as a means of dominating and showing strength.

But the main point is for people being abused by their spouses/partners to get over the trauma and PTSD, and to garner some sense of self worth back.

I suppose it can also be used so that 'AFCs' don't look so AFC.

So no, don't always apply NC, use it when its needed.
