"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I,m kinda in the same situation as the previous post with an ex fling hanging around calling all the time, they go to dinner,he,s buying her things, even told me that she,s going to jamaica with him for 4 days and 3 nights. When I stay over her house this past weekend she told me he,s gonna be mad because I was there. She,s also telling me that he,s watching me because he,s her bodyguard and he won,t let nothing happen to her.I told her I don,t like the fact that she,s going on that trip with, she told me I,m gonna have to get past this, because it,s her best friend and she don,t care what other people think, that everyone gets jelous of him.I can,t even get her to take an hr long walk on the beach with me,but she can do all these things with this guy.She went with him last night on an over night trip to the keys, and she expects me not to mad about it.Now this friday is her birthday party, she asked if I,m gonna go,I said I,ll be there since it,s gonna be at the place we normally go and all my friends will be there, then she says that he,s gonna be there too. So,should I go or not,I haven,t made contact with her, pretty much moving on,but didn,t say I was yet,or do you think I,m overreacting since she claims he,s her best friend,(ex fling).I,m gonna feel uncomfortable with him there knowing he,s watching my every move. How would you handle this?
Have you no dignity man?!

She doesn't want you. Period.

So, she is going on a vacation with her ex? What do you think they're going to do? Stay up all night and play scrabble?

And what's this about not getting her for more than an hour? This is TOTAL BS. Do you get the message?

And bodyguard? Do you believe this?!! That's just an excuse she gives to you. "Well, he's my bodyguard, so he has to be beside me ALL the time."

The only reason she wants you at the party is to be a tool. (You should bring her something nice to prove to her that you are. And dress nice for when you're taken down a notch by her boyfriend.) That's right her BF, they got back together you just don't know it yet. And I assume he wants your ass for macking his girl.

Your move in this situation? Drop her. And drop her hard. If she wanted you in the first place, she will come back. Think of it as a test to her devotion.

Hell, you can go one step further and bring a date to her party (or friend claiming to be a love interest). That will really mess with her!

Grab your balls man!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

This may shock you....but maybe he just considers her a friend?
As much as many of you believe there is no such thing as a guy and girl JUST being friends, it does happen. I have seen it happen. Many times.

It's funny that all you pseudo-DJ's immediately jump on him like "oh he's just an AFC with no game, blah blah blah." You don't know the guy. You don't know anything. Stop trying to raise yourselves by putting others down, especially when you don't even know them. Work on yourselves and worry less about what other people are doing.
Yes in some situations but conan's situation is different. It shows all the warning signs of something going on. My girl has guy friends. I just went through a whole post about it. In the end i realize that my girlfriend would not go on a trip with another man. Why? she would want me instead. Would she take time out for some other guy? hell no. Sorry but your wrong this time. That guy conan is in real deep trouble period.
