Question for mods

Do you's read every thread? If not, then how do you know where the problems are? Do you divide the work amongst yourselves in the forums your responsible for, or is it all indepent, if your around, you do what you can?

We can't release ALL of our secrets...

But, you notice how we take on atleast 3 new mods everytime we need people? They are the ones that have to read EVERY thread. Infact, they have to go through every old thread too and make sure that we didn't miss anything.

70% are from the same user. 20% are from one different user. The other 10% are actually useful.
