“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

So my landlords are these little old eastern European couple who own a sh!t restaurant below.

I live above them but it has its own separate entrance.

So the mail, for some reason, always goes down to them, and all the tenants go down there to get there mail. Well I've been waiting for a check from school, and it should have came.

I've been down to check on the mail after a week of not going down. Normally I at least have a few bills. But lately nothing.

I suspected they told the mailman I don't live there any more. The reason why is because my roomate lost his job, and moved out because he couldn't afford rent. He had one more check coming in the mail, and he told the landlords he will be back for it, and pay what he owes them. Well turns out they told the mailman he doesn't live here anymore, and didn't receive his mail.

So when I didn't even receive a bill I became suspicious, and when I ask them if I have mail, they get this deer in the head lights look.

Well today I get this email which didn't go to my spam box and it says "We heard you've moved or are planning your move. We're Moving Concierge, and we provide a free service to help you transition to your new home with tips, information and unique offers. You can learn more on our website.

It's one of the last things you're probably thinking about, but it's one of the first things we wanted to remind you about. Be sure to notify the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) and the SSA (Social Security Administration) of your address change.

You can use Form 8822 to submit a change of address to the IRS. If you have children who also file tax returns, each child will have to complete a separate Form 8822. You'll of course need social security numbers for everyone who's moving and has a tax filing requirement.

Speaking of Social Security, to submit a notification to the SSA, you need to go on their website and create an account (if you don't already have one). This is important for continuing SSA benefits as well as protecting your identity.

For other tips and offers, be sure to add us to your Safe Senders list. We're glad to be of help and hope you have a great time in your new home!"

So these fvcks have been rejecting my mail.

Is this illegal? I thought it was a felony to tamper with peoples mail.

Does any one know what kind of action I can take. I really need this money.

The law isn't going to do sh!t to help you. Talk to the school about getting a new check cut. It may have likely been returned to them.

And get a PO box. They are cheap.

^^This. If you are living at a property which you do not own, get a PO Box. I thought that was mainstream logic? Consider this your lesson learned.

Well I called the post office first thing in the morning. After she heard how the mail goes to the restaurant she actually got upset saying how "That's the most illegal thing I've heard of" "I'm going to have a usps investigation initiated."

I had to tell her to calm down, that I just want to know if my mail is being rejected, and if it is, do they have it. She almost went postal (pun intended).

But now the landlords have a pi$$ed of woman with authority on a mission.

I'm telling you. I've been fair and reasonable with these stupid, ignorant, people.

I think they don't understand that just because they say something doesn't mean they are right, or that its logical.

Sometimes I wonder if these apartments are even legal. All I do is pay cash, no utilities.

many apartments here in NYC are illegal and theres also a lot of illegal subletting going on as well. the authorities here as i understand it, dont really enforce anything as long as everyone is ok with the arrangements or some by-the-book inspector finds a way into your place.

they only ever get involved if someone is very pissed off and takes things to court. in many of those cases tenants end up living at a minimum of 6 months rent free during the proceedings!!

another problem is that most tenants dont understand or are ignorant of their rights. for example i get annoyed when you see apartment ads that say "heat and hot water included!" because thats fuking required BY LAW and they act like theyre doing you a favor. lol

point is, you should learn your rights as a tenant for sure. its really easy to stick it to $hitbag landlords and trust me most of them are!
I'm from Wisconsin man. In a smaller city. I could really fvck these peoples lives up. If I went full force, I could ruin them financially.

But I look at them as lesser than me, they are just trying to make ends meet before they fvcking die.

Trust me, before i go into a legal dispute, i have all my ducks lined up in a row, I've already printed off 30 pages of the "tenant, landlord rights" I've read it three times.

I'm being very graceful.

I think in time I can use the knowledge I've acquired against them.

But, I'm not going to ruin their life because they are old, ignorant, and come from the old country.

They are like children. But I have to be patient and observe and keep my mouth shut until just the right moment.

The best is when your playing the game, and you know you have the winning hand, but your opposition has no idea, because they run on their emotions.

Not sure whats going to happen, but I promise you one thing, if I dont coe out on top, they are going to feel the full wrath of my anger (legally).

They can't afford sh!t they are poor and waiting to die. I don't have the heart to ruin them.

Am I the only one who think that email message reads fishy?

The government scarcely sends email messages and when they it does, it is probably because you requested for them to send you email message either by filling forms or talking to them prior. In addition, most email messages, whether from the government or not, should include your name in the email. Unless, of course the sender knows you know he/she is sending you a message.

"Speaking of Social Security..." that's the giveaway. The government will never use that phrase. And if the sender is not part of the government, why are they so concerned about your IRS and SS? Very fishy.

Call your school to find out if they have already sent the check.

The law isn't on your side man. Call places, bills, checks, explain situation, tell them you have a problem with landlord and can't receive mail. Ask them if you can pick it up somewhere, or perhaps rent a mailbox and send it there.

Meanwhile, look for other place to rent.

Meanwhile to sh1t all over the place, leave that place with broken TV and stuff, open stuff, break a capacitor, and put it back together, so it don't work. If it's just a bare place, steal all light bulbs and cut a capacitor from air conditioning. TURN WATER FACETS WITH FORCE UNTIL THEY BREAK. DROP GARBAGE INTO SINKS AND SHOWER SO IT CLOGS.

Please, OP, don't do -any- of that. The landlord tenant court in NYC used to have a charity pro bono division or could refer to big elite law firms looking for pro bono, see if that's still the case. NYC LL tenant law is the most complex in the country and constantly changing. Do not take advice from the internet, get legit legal help. Good luck.
