Question for Aus based bodybuilders

Hi Guys,

Just interested in asking a question to my fellow australians on the forum.

I am after some tips on the better protein shake/weight gainers out there on the aussie market? I dont wanna pump a whole lotta money into bad quality shakes..

Any tips are greatly appreciated.

There are a few very high quality ones out there. My favourite is N-Large 2 by Prolab.

Im from Australia, and there are plenty of weight gainers and protein shakes available - I would go for optimum then Prolab and then maybe Musashi, but diet is the most important factor here to bulk up.

By just increasing my food intake I have jumped from 170 to 200 in 6 months.

And where abouts are you in australia anyways?
