She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
Patently false. Men produce 17 times the amount of testosterone a woman does. It is a biological impossibility for a woman to want sex as much as, or as often as men. Enjoyment of course is subjective so is thus unquantifiable. Trust me, when a woman says, "I don't understand why sex is so important to guys" she's speaking the literal truth. No woman will ever experience 17 times the amount of her own testosterone levels (barring steroids). Even at the peak of her menstrual cycle, when she's at her horniest, she'll never experience what men do 24 hours a day. So lets just dispense with the mythologies that women have conditioned you to parrot back to them and us.Holland said:This is were I have to disagree with Pook. Women want sex more than men do.
Being a woman far more capable of having multi partners and experiencing way more pleasure that any man is capable of having, I'd like to know the scientific basis for your statement. In other words, where can I find this statement verified scientifically? It would seem that procreation takes both sexes and not just men raping women. Also, being a woman, I've experienced feelings and needs that, as I look back, were mystifying to me now. Why, why, why was I so driven to have children and willing to do ANYTHING to get pregnant? Why, oh why do I wake up fevered by dreams so exotic as to be stuff that would make millions on video. Finally, I believe that women have been horribly suppressed to the detrement of both sexes. Statements like yours reinforce this suppression just to enhance male egos. That way, men don't have to learn the art of love making. They just go at it for their own pleasure. A man who learns the art of love making knows a woman's true s#x powers. But, I'll wait for your evidence. :rock:Rollo Tomassi said:Patently false. You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
I fail to see where I posted that women or men "enjoy" sex more. In fact I explicitly said that was subjective.Moonlight said:Being a woman far more capable of having multi partners and experiencing way more pleasure that any man is capable of having,
Alright here we go:Moonlight said:I'd like to know the scientific basis for your statement. In other words, where can I find this statement verified scientifically?
This is the science, and if you're not happy with that, Google search terms like "testosterone", "estrogen", "oxytocin" and have a look at what these hormones (and other neat endorphins) are responsible for triggering. Testosterone is responsible for sex drive, aggression, muscle mass, hair growth, etc. - the reason I shave my face and you don't is because my bloodstream holds up to 1,000 ng/dl of testosterone while yours maxes out at 80 ng/dl. So that's actually 12.5 times the testosterone not 17, my bad, but I think the physical differences are fairly obvious.Normal Results
Male: 300-1,000 ng/dl
Female: 20-80 ng/dl
Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories.
Note: ng/dl = nanograms per deciliter
It's not that women don't produce testosterone and don't want sex at all (you really need to stop thinking in all or nothings) it's just that their testosterone levels fluctuate with their menstrual cycles while men's remain constant. Thus, a woman at the peak of fertility in her menstrual cycle is "hornier" than when she is at the bottom of it (menstruation). Humans have evolved this way so as to ensure the best possible chance to procreate.Moonlight said:It would seem that procreation takes both sexes and not just men raping women. Of course you do. A constant condition of feminine victimization is yet another operative social convention that really keeps both sexes isolated and non-communicative. I'd suggest watching a Girls Gone Wild video, then tell me how sexually "supressed" women are.Moonlight said:Finally, I believe that women have been horribly suppressed to the detrement of both sexes.
I fail to see how my post in any way reinforced "suppression." I merely stated biological facts that are completely sound, and dubunked a common feminine myth that's now being parroted back by men who don't know any better and lack the critical thinking skills to question them. However, you did raise another issue with this last bit here in that you're very prone to feminine social conventions yourself. Particularly the pairing of sex and power being associated with women as the qualifiers. So who is "supressing" who if women are the keepers of the "true sex power?" Perhaps the reason my assertion so upset you is because it reveals an Achilles Heel for women trying to keep their sexuality mystifying so as to keep "supressing" men? Who has the ego now?Moonlight said:Statements like yours reinforce this suppression just to enhance male egos. That way, men don't have to learn the art of love making. Not so. If anythng, Estrogen makes women more wary of sexual activity:guru1000 said:Women on the other hand who have high estrogen and low testosterone have estogen attach to the bulk of their receptor sites. Estrogen is also a hormone that increases sex drive in women.
Two of the hormones linked to female desire are testosterone and estrogen. Testosterone is the sex hormone most often associated with men, aggressiveness, lust and masculinity. Women produce testosterone too, (in the ovaries and adrenal glands), albeit at much lower levels than men - women have about one tenth the volume of testosterone that men do.
Both estrogen and testosterone levels peak at mid cycle They seem to combine interactively affecting the brain in different ways. Whilst testosterone may work to boost libido and energy, ensuring that the nipples and ****oris are sensitive to sexual pleasure, (whilst also maintaining muscle mass and strengthening bones) estrogen's "basic behavioural strategy is to hone the senses."
Estrogen "pinches us and says, Pay attention. A number of studies have suggested that a woman's vision and sense of smell are heightened at ovulation. So too do the senses shine at other times of high estrogenicity, such as right before menstruation, when your progesterone levels have dropped way down and left estrogen to act unopposed..."
Men and women are different - whilst a woman may experience lust and desire, we are less likely (on the whole) to act indiscriminately. We tend to weigh up the sexual situation (using all our senses including our sixth sense) to determine the risks and benefits of sexual coupling - Is the potential suitor a good catch? Is it a safe time? Are there predators about? Are the children awake?. To put it coarsely we are less likely than men " to think with our sexual organs" and this could be due to the influence of estrogen.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
Rollo Tomassi said:Not so. If anythng, Estrogen makes women more wary of sexual activity:
what are some examples where i can put her into situation where she is forced to qualify herself to me?if you want to challenge a woman who is indifferent to you, you mirror that indifference while putting her into situations in which she is forced to qualify herself to you.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
