"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

You know when you meet women they start asking you questions about yourself like what school did you go too, what are your hobbies, etc. just questions about YOU and guys usually answer them so they aren't staying mysterious and they are telling her everything she askes.

What is a good way around these like when you meet a girl and she starts asknig a bunch of questions how do you stay mysterious?

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Personally i think that is highly over-rated.

if you have a upbeat out going personality with confidence..this mysterious bull**** may not be for you.

sometimes AFC guys think they need to go to the mysterious thing because they are to afraid to open up and take control of the converstaion....there is a thing called ****Y AND FUNNY!

and when u are..you ussually talk more than she does..I always talk 60 to 70 percent of the time..and I still get the girl :)

imo, being mysterious works but not the way people often describes it... i mean, in high school ur mysterious when everyone knows who you are but a few know HOW you are (this is the reason of famous guys' popularity)... when ur mood waves and so your behavior... dunno if i explained myself

The whole "be mysterious" thing is silly. It's another case of you guys making things far more complicated than it is. It isn't "mystery" that keeps someone interested in you. It's being a bit unpredictible and keeping the other person on their toes. It's ridiculous to not let the person you date or get involved with to get to know you, especially for those seeking a potential LTR. If you don't get to know each other your relationship will never move beyond a surface involvement and the woman will eventually become very dissatisfied and leave.

Just mix things up now and then with surprises (no, not gifts) and keep her guessing about what you might do or say next. That keeps the mental stimulation and challenge alive, which holds the other person's interest. While doing that you also have to let her feel close to you and if you pull the "be mysterious" crap she's never going to feel genuinely close to you and she won't ever develop REAL feelings for you.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Overall I think Wyldfire is on point but it can keep things more interesting if you occasionally pull out a ****y and funny answer for one of the usual "interview" type questions.

Like the example of "What do you do?" being responded with "I'm an ass model" or other C&F material. Obviously you need to be congruent in your C&F to pull this off well.

The more a girl is interested the more she will want to know about you, and while you should maintain some mystery (and be unpredictable like Wyldfire says), you definitely need to give the poor girl a few bones here and there.

Wyldfire is pretty much right...Being mysterious doesn't mean hiding your interests or basic facts about your life. It means not letting a girl know exactly what your intentions are, what your opinion of her is, what you're going to do next, etc.

I've seen some people on this forum say that when a girl asks you where you live or what your job is, you should only give her joke answers and not let her know the truth. This is fine for the first date, by the second date she's just gonna think you have something to hide. That's not attractive, it's creepy.
