Question About Sexual Laws

Well this is kind of an off the wall question and something I don't really like to think about. But I just wanted to see if any of you guys had any comments, etc.

I'm getting at a point in my life where I'm long past any AFC stages and really have built up a great consistent stream of women in my life, sex, etc. However, I do get into circumstances where a girl gets very upset with me after she finds out I've been talking to "x" number of girls on the side and that I just really "f'ed" her with no intentions of being tied down. I have no intentions to literally emotionally hurt any woman, but at the same time, I'm not trying to be tied down at this stage of my life either.

This isn't to sound weird or gross or anything, but I know that one of the main reasons for false rape claims is to obtain revenge. I've reviewed some previous false rape claims and rape cases, and besides for the OBVIOIUS rape cases where the girl was obviously raped as she was beaten, bloody, etc...usually these damn cases come down to He said v.s. She said.

And this scares the **** out of me.

Because I'm out here now at a point in my life, where I've finally got my financial situation together, academic situation together, fitness situation together, social life together...and...sexual life together, I think I'm a target for a false rape claim.

Why? well....I mean, my "style" in dealing with women mirrors a jerk in some ways, even though I'm really a charming and nice guy. But the jerk portions of really just "going in for the kiss," "going in for the kino," while these are done on girls I am already in "rapport" with, technically, by the sexual laws...I'm sexually assaulting the girl.

In reality, how many guys (PUAs) ask a girl can they kiss her? Ask a girl can I give you a massage? No, when things are going and flowing, you just go for it. Most of the time, the girl says nothing and just allows you to do your thing until you both eventually start humping.

But according to these sexual laws, I've already sexually assaulted the girl.

Furthermore, according to these laws the way I interpret them and correct me if I'm wrong, can't just ANY girl (whether a stranger or someone I know) just RANDOMLY go downtown and say I raped or sexually assaulted her? And if she just RANDOMLY decides to do such, don't they just come and ARREST me just because she DECIDED to randomly go down there and make the claim? Am I right or wrong?

If I'm right, guys talk to me, doesn't this **** scare the **** outta you??

I don't know any other crime, ANY other crime, where you are convicted ONLY based on someone's claim. In my interpretion of the sexual laws, you are ONLY convicted because the girl made a claim. Murderers, shoplifters, drug dealers, and any other law you can think of, NO ONE is convicted ONLY because someone made a claim. But in these cases, ALL IT TAKES is for the girl to make a claim, that's it! I don't even have to know her, that's it! She can have a bad day, I can cheat on her, I can **** her and not wanna be in a relationship with her, I can **** her best friend, or she can see me talking to another girl, or **** it, she can just DECIDE to do it out of a feminist agenda....and I'm literally ****ed!

Everything I've worked for, built up, now....gone.

I mean on the surface, this makes no sense to me from a legal standpoint. It makes no sense to convict a person of a felony just because another human being made a claim because, ALL human beings have the capacity to lie, thus, HOW can you convict a person solely on a human being's claim if based on the fact that the human has the capacity to lie, it could ALL be a lie.

Somebody please tell me, am I correct on these laws or am I off base here?

You can't get a conviction based on a woman's claims. Look at what happened with the Roethlisberger case. He even admitted that they made out etc. But the case has been dropped due to lack of evidence. As OMG pointed out, you have to have some sort of hard evidence.

Oh, and you should NEVER hook up with anyone who is really drunk.

Great point, and good advice. This especially applies to women who have B/fs and just 'happen' to cheat on him with you after some bar hopping. In the cold light of her sobriety next day she developes a huge case of buyers remorse and needs to explain her absence last night to her angry B/f .....

In my jurisdiction, a drunken woman is regarded as having diminished capacity in her ability to exercise choice or free will should she claim sexual assault or rape. The issue of 'consent' becomes very ambiguous. Then the onus in these case is easily is shifted onto the guy .This can be a factor in the prosecutor's consideration of whether to charge the guy whom she claimed raped her or committed some kind of sexual assault.
In other words, the law regards a drunken woman as having diminished (or no) ability to make sensible choices and then it seeks to wallop the guy. It is not clear whether he could similarly claim diminished capacity if he were also drunk.

If you are caught up in one of these faked-up rape claims, you will probably be cleared BUT you may wind up bankrupt in the process. Criminal defense laywers do not come cheap.
Check this situation out with your local PD or at the courthouse.

jophil...even if both the guy and the girl are both plastered, if the guy is charged with rape due to the girl not being able to consent due to being too drunk it is unlikely the guy will be given a pass. That's why I said it's a very bad idea to hook up with someone who is very drunk.

Agreed.
And it is an even worse idea to hook up with a drunken woman who has a husband or a B /f . We always need to be wary of where we put our feet , or our d!cks.
