“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi everyone, got motivated to workout from u guys and have been consistent for 3 months. I am following EFFORTS get started option B routine.

anyway I noticed to day that my pecs on my left side are larger then my right side... my buddy said he didn't notice until i pointed it out but i was wondering how i could fix that?

I have only been using dumbells and my right side doesn't feel weaker. I figured if i kept using dumbells so they both do the same work they would even out. I am thinking i should ask a pro from school to watch my form?

Also with EFFORTS Option B routine I found I finish his routine in about an hour and 15mins... other guys there are like there for 3 hours. I do warm up sets and work my way up to the weight for two sets of he recommends. Am i doing it right? Other guys also tell me they do 3 or more excercises for each muscle group, would u recommend me adding more to his routine?

thanks guys!

It'll happen. The key is to thoroughly glance over your physique before you hop in the shower to make sure everything is coming in good. Or you can just stare at yourself in the gym mirrors as you get your pump. Just make sure you catch it.

My outter left pec used to be behind, so every week I would cut my my flys on my right pec by 1 or 2 short and keep pushing with my right or just do an extra 1-2 reps at the end of a set. It'll take like 3-4 months but it will work trust me.

Good catch dude, people don't even notice that they are proportionate most of the time.

The routine was actually written by Warboss Alex

What sort of weight are you using for the rep ranges? Have you worked on your benching form?

yes have your form checked out

yes

The token other guys in a gym will say all sorts of stuff. How much volume you should be doing depends on your goals, your recovery, diet, just lots of stuff. Maybe you should add more volume and maybe you shouldn't. Would need more info to really say. What weights are you using? What sort of progress have you made? Whats your diet look like? Whats your goal?

thanks guys!

Hi again thank you for the quick replys.

I am using Dumbells at 40lbs each for my bench. I haven't had a chance to get a second opionion on my form but i noticed that my right side does struggle more then my left on the main 2 sets. I also have trouble lifting straight up properly on my final few reps with my right arm, like it curves out and then struggles to get the weight back.

Should i stick with the 40lbs until my right side catches up in strength or drop the weight?

I have gained 15lbs since i started. I was 115 now i am 130. I do not know what my real max lifts are since i haven't got someone to spot me and don't feel safe doing it alone. I'll ask the other guys at the gym the next time i see them.

I do not take supplements. I eat 3 meals with 2 snacks. A typical meal for me is like rice/potatoes roast/baked meat and steamed vegetables. I make lots which i warm for myself for lunch. Breakfast is like eggs and bread and any other meat. I have 2 glasses of milk with each meal.

Not sure if my progress is a good reflection right now. As the first month i had no idea what i was doing and started eating better afterwards.

btw I am 19 and 5"10
