“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm keep hearing mixed opinions about this product. I've taken it for two months before and it worked like magic. The only thing is you HAVE TO keep taking this crap order to maintain your body. I'm thinking about going back to creatine, but My doctor keep says not to take it - he has treated few guys with kidney/heart problems from taking creatine for over long period of time. I also did some serch on internet, and found similar stories.

Any thoughts?

Moderation...

I've been taking it regularly for years and have had no problems. If you abuse anything, you will have problems.

It's fine to cycle creatine. You can go 6 weeks on and 4 off if you would like. There's no need to load. Have 5 grams a day and you'll be fine. You shouldn't lose significant size once you're off creatine you will lose some strength though.

CREAT!NE S!ZE LOSS

My HS coach was an MD and I asked him about Creatine two weeks ago.

He said that he knew of few people with Creatine problems and said that the main thing creatine does is give your cells more fuel for consumption and reconstruction. However, seeing as creatine does deal with ATP, any endicronologist would agree that creatine could affect liver and kidneys.

On Size Loss:
Creatine saturates muscle. So when you're on creatine, your muscle expands in size not only by gaining fibers, but by gaining creatine. So when you get off creatine, you might have a "deflation effect" over a period of 2 weeks. This does not mean you lost strength, you still have a roughly equal number of fibers, but it does mean taht now that the creatine is gone, your saturation levels have dropped and fibers take less space (look smaller).
