“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey all,

I was wondering what everyone here mixing their creatine with on non-workout days. I've been working out 4 days a week, mixing my creatine with grape juice. I think it is equal to dextrose but if anyone thinks that is a bad idea please tell me. Anyway, so that leaves 3 days of the week with nothing to mix my creatine with. I don't need the carb boost with my creatine on non-workout days, or do I? I'm not sure about that one. I know it was good to take my creatine with carbs after a workout, but is it as important or even good for me on a non-workout day?

Secondly, how many days of the week should I be taking glutamine. By using ON 100% whey protein I am taking in about 12 grams of glutamine 4 days of the week with my workout. Should I be taking whey protein EVERY day of the week (workout and non-workout) or should I be taking whey on the four workout days and a glutamine supp on the three other days?

I'm sorry I asked so many questions but they are the only things that are holding me back from making great leaps in my bulking plan. Thanks for your time.

As I have stated before, I don't think it is TOO important when you take creatine. Mix it in warm water or with some simple carbs if you take it post workout.

Whey protein is ideal post workout due to it's rapid absorption which is exactly what you need at this crucial time. Drink half your whey within 30 mins of the workout and then sip the other half over the next 30-60 minutes aiming for a total of about 50 grams. Mix it with some carbs if you can - up to 100 grams. Make sure you have a good meal soon after this too.

On non-training days I prefer a weight gain shake with carbs and protein - my favourite is CNP Pro Mass as it tastes great and has a mix of whey and casseinate proetin as well as the carbs.

Glutamine - on an empty stomach, first thing AM, last thing before bed, middle of the night, immeditaley after your workout before your whey etc etc.
