Hey guys mustang here with a quick question,

So basically I plan to start dieseals bulking guide this week but my questions are, im am doing school soccer in 2 months and I read that cardio is strictly forbidden and my questions are should I stop completely during soccer? Will what I gained be lost during this time? And is there anything I can do during the season?

I really wanted to start lifting soon and I don’t want to take this break maybe I shouldn’t go out?
Im just looking for some advice.

Thanks alot for taking your time to look at this!

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

when i was started weight training i was playing soccer at the same time, didnt notice notice/have no problems with bulking up, isnt doing some cardio a good thing? minimises fat i thought. for me weight training during the season improves my game (soccer game im talking), helps reduce chance of injury and professional soccer players spend some amount of time in the gym everyday too, so i say continue working out during the season.

There are better ways to bulk up than through Diesel's guide, such as starting on Stronglifts 5x5 or Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength program.

But for playing soccer, it does not matter and has little impact, if anything it will help you because soccer is quite like HIIT.

Calories in, calories out. That's what will ultimately determine your size in the end.

If you're running more, eat more. Eat healthy. Lean proteins, complex carbs.

Don't stop lifting. Keep lifting to maintain. If you stop lifting altogether, you're going to lose a lot of your gains.

When you're done the soccer season, you may have lost a little bit, but nothing a few weeks of hard lifting and eating can't put back on.

Good luck
